Should bad be tolerated to protect the image of the organisation?<\/p><h2>\u2018The light gets brighter\u2019<\/h2><p><strong>Couldn\u2019t any religion<\/strong>\u00a0assert this about their changing doctrines and practices?<\/p><p>In context, is this expression in\u00a0<strong>Proverbs 4:18<\/strong>\u00a0really discussing doctrinal or organisational changes? Or, was Solomon advising young ones to stick to the enlightened\u00a0<strong>path they learned from their parents,<\/strong>\u00a0in contrast to the bad life style of those ignoring such parental training? (Prov 4:3-4)<\/p><p>Would the Holy Spirit cause the \u201cdiscreet\u201d slave to proclaim incorrect, misleading,\u00a0<strong>flipflopping and even harmful \u201ctruths<\/strong>\u201d? He is identified by speaking an unfulfilled prediction\u00a0<em>in the name of Jehovah<\/em>. Since JWs claim that they out of all other churches use the \u201c<strong>divine name<\/strong>\u201d, they must be the only organization on earth today that has the potential for being false prophets.<\/p><p>Does the Organisation claim to be God\u2019s spirit-directed, yet uninspired true prophet? (Holy Spirit p.175; Wt April 1, 1972, p.197; Nations Will Know p.292) But according to the Bible there are\u00a0<strong>only two kinds of prophets<\/strong>:<\/p><p>True prophets inspired by God<\/p><p>False prophets uninspired by God<\/p><p>Couldn\u2019t<strong>\u00a0any religion<\/strong>\u00a0gloss over their errors and false predictions by using the same excuse?<\/p><p>Can you name\u00a0<strong>any Watchtower prediction<\/strong>\u00a0that has come true?<\/p><p>Could the Governing Body be likened to\u00a0<strong>a pharmacist<\/strong>\u00a0dispensing medicine that Jehovah, like a doctor, prescribes? Why does Jehovah allow the GB pharmacist to give the wrong medicine to sick people rather than using a pharmacist that will get the prescription right in the first place?<\/p><p>Would you put in your mouth a<strong>\u00a0lollipop found in the gutter?<\/strong><\/p><h2>\u2018God has always had an organisation on earth\u2019<\/h2><p>Does the Bible ever use the\u00a0<strong>word \u201corganisation\u201d?<\/strong>\u00a0Rather, it simply describes God as a God of \u201cpeace and order\u201d (1 Cor 14:33,40).<\/p><p>For 2,500 years, from\u00a0<strong>Adam to Moses,<\/strong>\u00a0did God work through an organisation? No, God dealt directly with individuals based on grace.<\/p><p>For 1,500 years, from\u00a0<strong>Moses to Christ<\/strong>, why did God give the Law to Israel? To point them to Christ (Gal 3:19,23-25). The organised nation apostatized.<\/p><p>Since\u00a0<strong>Pentecost 33 AD\u00a0<\/strong>how were\u00a0<em>autonomous congregations meeting in house groups<\/em>\u00a0kept united? They were united by God\u2019s Word, Spirit and love \u2013 not micro-management by a central body (2 Cor 1:24;\u00a01 John 2:26-27). [After the one-off Acts 15\u00a0gathering in Jerusalem there were no more councils for 100 years.]<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ancient_church_councils_(pre-ecumenical)\">\u00a0https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ancient_church_councils_(pre-ecumenical)<\/a><\/p><p>Where are members of Christ\u2019s true bride today? Like\u00a0<strong>wheat amidst weeds,<\/strong>\u00a0scattered throughout Christendom until the future harvest (Matt 13:29-30).<\/p><p>Should any religious group presume to be the exclusive channel to God? Jesus is all sufficient as your\u00a0<strong>mediator into a new covenant<\/strong>\u00a0relationship with God (1 Tim 2:5;\u00a02<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/esv\/2%20Tim%202.10\" data-reference=\"2 Tim 2.10\" data-version=\"esv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\"> Tim 2:10<\/a>). In 2015 Geoffrey Jackson denied that the organisation was the only channel.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wlsVPTsUnnI\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wlsVPTsUnnI<\/a><\/p><h2>\u2018We are the only ones using God\u2019s Name\u2019<\/h2><p>Would it surprise you to learn that essentially\u00a0<strong>all Christian groups,\u00a0<\/strong>including Mormons, believe that the Hebrew word transliterated as YHWH and commonly represented as Jehovah or Yahweh, is God\u2019s personal name? The \u201cAssemblies of Yahweh\u201d in 115 countries emphasise the divine name in their radio broadcasts and witnessing. (They are non-Trinitarian and conscientious objectors.)<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Assemblies_of_Yahweh\">\u00a0https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Assemblies_of_Yahweh<\/a><\/p><p>When\u00a0<strong>Jesus prayed<\/strong>\u00a0why didn\u2019t he use the name Jehovah? Rather he used \u201cOur Father\u201d or \u201cAbba\u201d. He made God \u201cknown\u201d by exalting His entire personality and ways. Every day on average over 303,000 people are born, but the number of active JWs increases by only 830.
